| The refine of coal gas belongs to the industry of chemistry. It is more rigorous for the temperature of the various substance who attendance the chemistry reaction. A fine control system is expected whose control result is by the required temperature. A too high (or too low) temperature will cause serious influence on the result of chemistry reaction. The JX-300 DCS control system adhibited the odd loop control and then the result is coarse, so it is dissatisfied for the departments who require more precision to the control result. This papers discusses Fuzzy Control System in these department.Fuzzy Logical Control(FLC), a developing and promising strategy in the field of automation, to which great attention has been paid, is a branch of intelligent control.Based on the analysis of actualization method of fuzzy control, a design of fuzzy control for the idiographic project is given. Computer simulation results demonstrate that the FLC can perform a high accuracy and a faster speed, and also outperform conventional PID control. |
