Although most domestic logistics enterprises have already built their own system of logistics market information during the process of informatization, because each logistics market information system is not only geographically distributed, but heterogeneous, and couldn't access each other, forming just as an information island, which makes the business among different areas great inconvenience and couldn't meet the needs of customs. To solve the problem, the search technology of logistics resources must be improved and enhanced, and, at the same time, heterogeneous data resources integrated. So the researchers introduce the concept of ontology, describing the data by the detailed and systematic definition of the concept of logistics organizations. But there has still been obstacle in the communication for information among the systems, each independently developed system's own internal representation model and noumenon.The purpose of this study is to improve the current state that traditional technologies can not effectively retrieve information, by obtaining knowledge reuse under the semantic environment and techniques and methods of sharing information resource. This paper focuses on areas of highly reusable knowledge representation language, methods, construction tools, access to technology, and methods and tools of evaluation to complete the construction of domain ontology library and realize the semantic retrieval systems based on the ontology library.The following points have been mad intensive study in the paper:1.To build model of information retrieval based on ontology According to the collected information and knowledge of the field, the ontology mapping method is analyzed which is representative at present, and related advantages and disadvantages are summed up. We aim to change the structure and semantic inconsistency of logistics agency's data, and put forward the solutions- the establishment of a semantic ontology prototype, including data services, ontology, metadata and so on.2.To put forward a new mechanism of using integrated heterogeneous database resources of ontologyThe key concepts and relationships in this field are defined on the basis of existing thesauri. The concepts and relationship are grouped as work areas of varying according to certain logical rules, and by assessment and screening them, a domain knowledge frame system and structure of ontology are built.On this basis, the establishment of a new mechanism of using the resources of integration of distributed heterogeneous databases of ontology, which solves the problem effectively of data resource integration of the logistics market..3.To achieve a ontology query algorithm of a semantic mappingFirst, ontology mapping module is developed based on a spiral - a prototype system, and obtain the corresponding noumenon from the concept lattice generated and cut through the FCA algorithm. Then the resulting ontology query expansion algorithm is used to achieve the global ontology-RDQL query expansion for the local ontologies; then through query translation algorithm RDQL-SQL, to query each of the relevant local ontology and local ontology into the corresponding query language, to improve query speed of ontology information, recall and query accuracy.Finally, the Ministry of Transport, a logistics company, the concrete practice of the above database queries and ontology conversion algorithm, the information retrieval process, the elimination of the query language for heterogeneous problems, improve the retrieval speed of the original system.The significance of this study: To establish the ontology mapping model and query generation algorithm, to a certain extent, improve the logistics of the original inter-agency information sharing and communication problems, to improve the query speed of ontology information, recall and query accuracy. Logistics resources in the current search technology research, has a strong practical value.
