The Research On Management Information System Of Engineering Projects

Chinese consultant companies of engineering project management are now facing impetuous professional competition and strong tension of capturing more talented persons.At the same time,there are many problems in the items of engineering project management,the market competitive ability is getting worse.Along with the arrival of the computer and internet technology age,more and more many new questions gradually present.Through comparative analysis,the necessity,the urgency and the feasibility of realizing management information system(MIS) on engineering project management has proven.Overall structure of management information system has been set up;the questions which should be pay attention to has been analyzed;eventually the implementation plan is proposed.By Using the browser/The server pattern,the engineering project management information system has been constructed based on the network.Three-layer management pattern also has been established,namely:Decision-making level, management level,implementation level.This three management patterns not only can safeguard each independent network working conditions also can meet the demand of whole project management,at the same time the communication of various projects information and statistical information has been realized between each level;On the premises of three-layer management pattern,several other management sub-system has been designed.Besides engineering quality management system; engineering plan management system and investment management system,there are decision supporting system;office automatization system;human resource management system;contract management system and safety management system.
