The development of urbanization has put forward higher requirements for the quality of urban buildings,and the project information management which is closely related to the quality of engineering construction has entered a rapid development stage.The renewal of the idea makes people put forward more intelligent and personalized requirements for the future architecture.Outdated engineering information management methods can not meet the needs of people.After nearly two years of continuous exploration,information simplification methods for various types of projects have been put forward.This paper mainly discusses the project management approach for power,and power engineering project than the old,the new approach has the following advantages: first,to enhance the level of automation in the process of project management and project,can greatly reduce labor costs;second,first before the tedious information management process,greatly enhance the information processing work efficiency;third,developed a complete management system is a system for project management,before a change of information management disorder,disorder.The scientific and usability of the whole system makes it play a guiding role in the whole power project information management field.This study is based on the platform,using B/S architecture,Spring IOC technology,Spring MVC technology and SQL SERVER database technology,design project management information system for multi-layer architecture model,the system includes: committed to the project investment cost management module,control project can be completed according to the schedule management module,constrained project owners and project builders the contract management module,related to the project profit budget management module and related to the project bidding management module,realizes the function of cost management function,project management function,project contract management function,capital budget management function,project bidding management function etc..In order to enable readers to have a systematic understanding of this advanced technology,this paper gives a detailed explanation of its working principle,working power,service items and management methods.It is hoped that the whole construction environment,operation conditions and operation background of the system can be clearly managed on the basis of the overall perception of the technology.The system is applied to different types of power engineering projects,all found that the platform can improve the efficiency of the pilot units,but also effectively save costs,the operation results are in line with expectations.Because the platform adopts the scientific and reasonable design scheme,it has the characteristics of easy to use,stability and expansibility.It can bring significant economic and social benefits,thus effectively ensuring the rapid development of engineering project management...
