With the rapid development of power industry,each kind of electrical equipments are getting more and more.The power generation,the electric transmission,the power distribution,used electricity have a higher request in power system.There are voltage deviation,flickering,overtone,idle work,three-phase not balanced and so on in the power network.These not only affect on the power supply quality seriously,but also affect on normal working of the electrical equipments.These will make a lot of line loss,cause the line overload accident.Therefore,in order to assess,diagnose and improve the supply quality, the collecting link of real-time and high accuracy and dynamic electric power parameter is essential.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign instruments for measurement and analysis of power quality development trends,combined with the modern power enterprise to the electric signal parameter survey and the analysis new demand,the author has designed a new data collecting system platform based on the embedded system to ensure that the power signal parameters of collecting accurate and real-time.According to the modular idea,the whole hardware system is divided into two pieces of hardware,which is the core processing module and data collecting modules.The core processing module used ARM7 microprocessor mainly completes the system coordination movement.The data collecting module used DSP processor can enhance the system's data collecting capacity.So this will give full play to the ARM and DSP respective advantages and enhance the overall performance of the system.The software was developed using C language.Many hardware equipment driver is normal.It has the good portability and the extendibility.This platform not only may satisfy the demands of instrument for measurement and analysis of power system,also can adapt to the requirements of more industrial scene.
