For improving measure to control accuracy and system reliability, choosing a processor with multi-interface and high speed operation as core, inorder to improving measure to control accuracy and multi-network interfaces communication credibility , Applying embedded design on this Application system is inevitable. The network intelligence multi-parameter measurement and control system device researched in this thesis is an embedded system based on 32-bit ARM microprocessor S3C2410 produce by SAMSUNG, This device cold Capture multi-enviromental parameters in real-time, it provides basal data and control information for fieldbus interfaces and Liquid crystal display.Firstly, the thesis summarizes the CAN and Modbus fieldbus protocol and principle of it's communication, as well as the basal functions of CAN and Modbus. Secondly, the metrical arithmetic and regulation circuitry of dissolved oxygen, temperature, PH , which are important environmental parameters in aquiculture, and control strategy of dissolved oxygen and temperature are introduced in detail.Thirdly, Introduced to measure hardware structure and the principle of each module design, realized transplanting of operate system and drive program design. After completing these works, mainly designed the applied program of filedbus communication parts and measure to control parts according to the QT/E environment. Finally, puts forward and implements the test scheme of networks measurement and control system. The hardware test, communication test and on-line test of fildbus are successfully accomplished.It has proved that this system has the following performance such as high stability,high reliability,low consumption and low cost, this system has satisfied all requirements of water environment test equipment,and has realized the anticipated purpose. |
