Research On Mathematical Model And Simulation System Of Wood Flake Shape Of MLFB

In the 1980s,it has already begun using computer technology to simulate the board structure abroad.But in view of the fact that the computation technology development limitation then,it was unable to realize the computer three dimensional simulation.It has provided a scientific analysis method for the formed craft of the board.At the same time,in view of question in the board research and development process,for example:The development cycle is long,the material quantity consume too big,the working efficiency is low,processing cost higher etc.We propose that introduces the simulation and the intelligence forecasting technology in the new board research and development process.In the foundation of experiment,as the micron flake for main object of study,it establishes the mathematical model and the three dimensional analog simulation technologies for the main research tool.We study the formation condition of micron flake,gather the micro flake shape data and carry on the science statistics,class the flake shape.At the same time,it does the mathematics description for the three kind of representative shape of micro flake.And I choose the appropriate three-dimensional model method to realize complex flake shape the mathematical simulation,in the foundation of the micro flake simulation,it further realizes the board pressing process simulation research of MLFB(Micron Flake Fiber Light Density Board),and study the MLFB production line processing condition observation system.At the same time,it uses the ANN technology to realize the intelligent forecast of the micro flake.According to the system research's request,this paper uses Visual C++.NET,OpenGL and Matlab as the program language.It uses the modulation design method to design the flake shape mathematical simulation system,and realizes the mathematical simulation of the micron flake shape and the intelligent forecast,and the dynamic simulation method of forming process of MLFB and observation system research.The research of mathematical model and simulation of wood flake shape of MLFB,the goal is that unifies the experiment achievement,reappears the board forming process through the computer simulation technology and the visualization technology,and controls the pressing process of board,as well as forecast physical property of the board.The simulation system research of this paper surpasses the method which obviously the traditional board experiment and analytic method,realizes the scientific,the intellectualization,the automation of the board development,manifests superiority which the computer technology and the building board technology unify.
