With the development of the modern automobile industry and comfort requirements,automotive electronic control modules and automotive electronic devices have also increased. As the increasing electronic equipment caused the continuous increase in the number of wire-geometric growth, also make more and more difficult wiring in the limited space,to limit the expansion of automobile internal control functions,the maintenance of vehicle internal electronic unit also more complex. The traditional wiring hardly can not satisfy this developmental quest,people turn to the automobile LAN. Automotive network not only solved the emergence of increasingly complex wiring harness layout problem, but also give optimal control of motor vehicles has brought a qualitative leap。This paper introduces briefly the state and development trend of the global automobile electronics technology, compares several types of mainstream vehicle network, studies home the several kinds currently comparatively popular Fieldbus. According to the need of the vehicle body Control system research, CAN Bus technical specifications with reference to. High-speed serial communication protocol CAN2.0B. To design CAN communication protocol of application layer which matches the vehicle body control system .Automobile body control module having five stature modules, They respectively are central control module,the left door module, the right door module,the body former module, the body back module.This system realizes the function about remote control, antitheft, door window and Skylight lift, inner lamp, exterior lamp, Adaptive Front-Lighting System (Additional lights group),rain wiper and defrost of rear window and rearview mirror.This paper presents detailedly the hardware and software of the control system. Using C language implementation of data communication procedures to control node communication.that is The CAN node receive/Transmit procedure and interruption procedure are illuminated in the paper at lenth,at last the verification experimental have been done based on the application layer protocol.
