The Design And Technical Evaluation On Data Of The Automobile Body Surface

This paper discrept the history of automobile design from the development of the outer surface of the body shape,The outer surface of the body on the development trend and shape of the outer surface of the body of data evaluation techniques in the modern automobile industry's position and significance of it.,From the point of an engineering of the application,We carried out a detailed research on the model of the structure of the body surface evaluation method.Paper first reviewed that the outer surface of the body of the vehicle design is dominated by Curve and Surface theory and the methods to generate it.Summarizes several methods of surface fitting commonly used,while put forward a number of models on the evaluation,with plenty of sentences on the surface modeling.And then summed up for surface quality evaluation methods and principles,combined with CATIA software evaluation tools,use them to evaluate the quality of the body surface.A self-designed example of the outer surface of the body design by the author was used to the data evaluation,from the whole body,and some of the most representative body panel.Made the evaluation method of great significance in the process of design.
