Liquid ammonia treatment for cotton and baster fiber can improve its properties.The cotton fiber which is modified by ammonia can expand uniformly,thus relaxing all kinds of stress which is suffered during processing,the deformation caused by processing can recover,too,so that the dimension is stable.Natural cotton fiber after liquid ammonia modified to retain the cotton fiber properties of a good anti-bacterial, anti-UV,anti-microwave radiation,etc....Modification of cotton fiber ammonia technology has great significance on the textile industry to meet the growing personalized,high-end of market demand,and to enhance the international competitiveness of the domestic textile industry.Automatic feeding system is an important part of the liquid ammonia treatment equipment for cotton and bast fiber.The research includes the mechanism of action on how liquid ammonia functions on the cotton fiber and liquid ammonia modifying technology.In this paper,the design of automatic feeding system include:(1)Automatic feeding system include:yarn cage,carriage, revolving frame,rack-and-pinion;and choose the AGV and lift platform at the same time.Microwave drying of the internal structure of materials dealing with cans of selectivity,based on the design of teflon tank manufacturing deal with the internal structure of the system.A rotating drum,the drum guarantee balanced heat throughout the yarn,with a view to achieve the best yarn drying effect.(2)Design the Parametric Modeling of automatic feeding systems with Pro/E,and the virtual assembly process is carried out.In the Mechanism module of Pro/E,the motion simulation of Automatic feeding systems is carried out.The results of the simulation showed that automatic feeding system design is reasonable,there is no interference, the requirements of automatic feeding system of liquid ammonia treatment equipment for cotton and bast fiber have been met.(3)Devicenet field bus is adopted to construct a two-level control system,the under-level computer system taking the PLC as the core, which better achieves the requirements of the automatic feeding system. In the original study on the basis of relay control system design based on the drum PLC control system.According to the closed-loop control strategy,design is based on the absolute rotary encoder positioning of the drum control system.Modification of liquid ammonia through research on the requirements of drum speed,speed control using VVVF control roller sports,completed the treatment tank speed control system design. Upgrading of the entire control system can handle the level of automation.(4)The entire system can handle and process control requirements, as selected MCGS configuration software development platform designed PC monitoring system.PC System has made real-time monitoring, remote control,alarm system and other functions.The requirements of automatic feeding system of liquid ammonia treatment equipment for cotton and bast fiber have been met.
