Study And Design Of Automatic Control System Based On Preparative Liquid Chromatographic Instrument

Preparative Liquid Chronmatography is a new and efficient separation technique,thus,Chronmatography instruments has an important role in the complete purification and largerquantity separation of natural substances, widely using in many fields such aspharmaceuticals,fine chemistry and food engineering industriy.The development ofPreparative Liquid Chronmatographic instrument is a more complex system engineerinvolving in machnics, electronics,automation,computer,etc.Preparative Liquid Chronmatographic instrument is mainly composed of gradientelution, fraction collection, detector, instrument control and data processing. Among in, thecore technology of this equipment is the software in the instrument control and dataprocessing.The control chip of this equipment is the S3C2440with ARM920T core, andthe software platform is WindowsCE6.0.My main job is to develop the control softwareand design some haraware circuit.The accomplished work is as follows.①Establish the mathematical model of single-pump and dual-pump according to theprinciple of gradient elution.②Design the hardware circuit about the gradient elution and fraction collectionequipment,including the optocouple isolation,transmission circuit,the interface circuit andcontrol principle of the LCD module.③Analyze the principle of stream interface driver on the bais of WindowsCE6.0operating system, designing the underlying driver of motor and pressure acquisitionmodule,and completing the WinCE kernel cutting.④Design the man-machine interface of this instrument and write the application ofgradient elution and fraction collection.This software has the features of gradient’s editingand saving or collection parameter’s setting and saving,and then realize the separation and collection of compounds under isocratic or gradient elution.⑤Design the serial communication based on the Modbus-RTU,achieving the datatransmission between the PC software and ARM application.
