Design And Implementation Of Vehicle Quality Issues Tracking Information System

In recent years,cars what are closely related to the daily lives of people in the field of transport have quality problems frequently,which caused widespread concern of the parties concerned.For any of the areas of consumer products,to increase their level of quality and administration have become an important issue which a business can not be ignored.With the increasing competition of Chinese automobile enterprise, information technological improvement-oriented business administration has become a serious issue faced by many enterprises.In this thesis,the author designs a Quality Issue Track Information System based on J2EE environment through the study of the quality management information system of the SVW Company,and further discuss the implementation of it.In the first place,this thesis elaborates on the history and the status quo of the study of quality management information system,discussing the platform that the development and application of the system hold as well as its exploration.In addition, the thesis studies the requirements of the system and the objectives of its exploration. On the basis,the thesis provides a comprehensive design,illustrating the function of the system and its soft-ware and hard-ware systems,studying the database design of the system.Then the thesis discusses based on the technological implementation of the company the application of the system,including the workflow engine and the content search engine.Finally,the use of automated testing tools Roadrunner performance testing of the system have been studied and summarized.This thesis focuses mainly on the quality of the testing and collection,analysis and tracking quality problems,quality knowledge base,that is,in determining the quality policy,objectives and responsibilities under the premise of combining quality system requirements through the quality of information collection,improvement, control,accumulation of knowledge,shaping a closed-loop feedback control of the quality assurance system(can also be seen as a complex adaptive control loop);so as to enhance enterprises' quality control of the effectiveness and the quality of the management in the manufacturing process.The theory,technology and implementation of enterprise information system have been researched all around in this paper.It has profound reference and application value as well as comprehensive application foreground for the enterprises to actualize the informationization of quality management.
