| With the rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing industry,engine technology and quality level are the key factors affecting the automobile industry.Quality management has become an important link in the production and operation activities of the automobile industry,and its quality management level has a profound impact on the development of enterprises.How to use modern information technology to solve the problems in the quality management of automobile engine enterprises is of great significance to improve the quality of domestic engine production.Under the significant strategic influence of made in China 2025,automobile engine enterprises are also gradually developing towards intelligent factories,among which digital management is an important part.Based on the existing enterprise MES(manufacturing execution system),the establishment of measures to improve the quality of enterprises plays an important role in promoting the development of enterprises.Based on the existing quality management system architecture and MES of our company,this paper develops a set of quality management system based on process quality prediction by solidifying the quality management business process,so that the production process and quality management work of the enterprise can work together,so that the quality management affairs and information can be transmitted and responded quickly,so as to ensure high-quality and efficient production of products.Firstly,based on the application of enterprise MES,the quality management mode of information interaction is proposed.Web service technology is used to realize the information interaction between quality management system and MES.The framework of quality management mode is constructed and the workflow design process is clarified.Secondly,the process quality prediction method is established to provide basis for process quality management.Based on SPC(Statistical Process Control)technology to achieve the quality prediction of key processes.Among them,ARMA(Autoregressive moving average model)prediction model is used to predict the mean value and range value,and statistical process control technology is used to realize the process quality prediction.Based on this,the design of quality management information system is completed,and the structural design of quality management system function is completed by combining the advantages of data integration of existing MES system in the enterprise.Finally,the development of quality management system based on MES Mitsubishi engine is completed.The quality management system platform isdeveloped by using builder / turbo v7.7,and the data interaction with MES is realized based on Web service technology.Combined with the production and use of enterprises,the practical application effect of quality management system is analyzed and evaluated.The application shows that the quality management platform can greatly improve the quality management level of enterprises,as well as the production efficiency and quality. |
