| With the highly development of the information system, there are more and more applications of E-Government to be used by the government department for their common business.With the launch of the informationization work and e-government, there comes sorts of application system for the departments. However, each of the department has his own application, which was developed by different provider with different technology and software development platforms.The relationship of the information of the department is hard to maintain for they can't keep touch with each other with different forms. Then gradual came the "Info soli". With this situation, it is urgent to make a way of integrity of the applications to realize the re-build and re-use of the legacy system. Of all this concerned, there comes SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), which provides a sound solution for the re-use and re-build of the legacy system.The Information Exchange Platform (IEP) concerned in this thesis can provide a SOA based way for the information exchange between the four concerned department, and they are as follows, Administrative Bureau for industry and commerce, Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, National Taxation Head Office, and the Local Taxation Bureau.The main works of the thesis are as follows:(1)Study the theory of the SOA, including the development and the present situation. And the research priority of the thesis is to realize the SOA with Web Service technology.(2)Advance the SOA-base system frame by analysis system requirement and existing technology. Put forward the solution after stating the reason for the SOA way of the IEP.(3)Advance the general design of the system on the basis of the function requirement. Each detailed design is provided for the user layer, business layer and access layer of the Data-Contrast module.(4) Advance the implementation of accessing interface and the publication of the interface of service, based on the theory of SOA framework, which was realized by web service.(5)Advance the solution plans for the security problem of the SOA based system.SOA has been used in the IEP system with web service as the basement, which can provide a sound way of integrity of the information of the concern four departments: the administrative bureau for industry and commerce, bureau of quality and technical supervision, national taxation head office, and the local taxation bureau. It is of certain worth reference for the development of the system in future. |
