The ball mill,in the thermal power industry in China,undertakes the important task of coal mill.Because in our country,thermal power generation is still occupying the mainstream of the power generation industry,so as to provide high-quality coal power plant,so that it can maximize the most efficient the most economical use of resources of ball mill system,its function to be reckoned.At the same time,the application of ball mill industry is very broad,not just in the thermal power industry,the mining industry,building industry,cement industry and so on all play an important role.Ball mill is put into industrial production has been for decades,but on the issue of control of the ball mill,there has been no big breakthrough.Because of ball mill system itself have big delay,nonlinear,strong coupling,the ball mill control problem is very difficult.With the progress of science and technology,the ball mill equipment is also more to the more large-scale,complicated,but in recent decades in the industrial production,thermal power industry,in particular,most of the domestic coal-fired power plant,the ball mill control state still belongs to the manual operation.Manual operation of the ball mill,the ball mill grinding quality is poor,resulting in a waste of resources,does not meet the current era of energy conservation.Secondly,the manual operation of such a huge ball mill equipment,there will inevitably be a safety accident.Therefore,in the ball mill equipment at the same time,people will be separated from the direct operation,but also to achieve economic security and stability of the ball mill control system,we have been pursuing the goal.For ball mill system mathematical model is difficult,many existing advanced method was used for ball mill control problem.However,due to many methods are dependent on the accurate model of the controlled object,the control problem of the ball mill has been difficult to make great progress.The birth of the fuzzy control technology,solve the cannot obtain the characteristics of the controlled object accurate and difficulty in modeling.Based on the characteristics of ball mill,the ball mill system is analyzed in detail in this paper.Using the method of fuzzy control and PID control,which overcomes the problem of modeling of ball mill rare,and maximize the use of expert and operator experience accumulated over the years,these valuable experience into the design of fuzzy controller.Combined with PID control's main purpose is,for a small error processing using PID controller,when error is greater than the preset threshold value,the use of fuzzy controller.This combinedcontrol can overcome the fatigue work of fuzzy controller of single control,through the simulation analysis also proved,than single fuzzy controller and single PID control effect is better,more stable operation of ball mill.
