Currently power distribution network and terminal are one of the important developing projects for China Power Grid.The access network of the power load and management terminal should be based on Ad Hoc technical model which is capable for all power terminals connected to the backbone.First of all,it is analyzed that the technical feature,performance evaluation and shortcoming of the existed communication technology and deduces that the next generation private network for power load uses should be composed of two parts,the backbone layer is cellular network and the access layer is Ad Hoc.Specially it focuses on the research and design of frequency allocation and design,network structure,media access control layer model,routing protocol and security access and moreover optimizes Ad Hoc for this specific requirement and evaluates the accordingly performance and system stability.It's an important milestone and has a good future in developing, deploying and optimize the power resources,enhancing power grid control and management as well as expand the coverage of power load terminal deployment.
