Remote monitoring technology is a new fault diagnosis model of computer technology,communication technology and fault diagnosis technology and is an effective data monitoring terminal transmission equipment technology.Monitoring system is experienced from the stand-alone systems to distributed multi-machine systems,monitoring systems to network-based process.The continuous development of network technology and the rapidly growing popularity of mobile communications, as well as the continued integration between them makes mobile Internet possible.In recent years China's Internet development as well as the popularity of mobile communications provides a simple platform and means to intervene for industrial control,monitoring and controlling the data transmission.The introduction of mobile Internet technology in monitoring and controlling will effectively resolve the issue of industrial distributed data acquisition.RIA-based wireless GPRS technology monitoring system based on China Mobile's popularity in the country,which is a very good solution to the monitoring system in the geographical constraints,can achieve effective real-time online monitoring function.GPRS data services will be used to monitor the Internet to connect the communication line terminal with a connection speed,always-on, real-time and so on.And the use of GPRS for remote monitoring has opened up new areas of surveillance.The main work of this thesis include:(1) Described the RIA technology,which is representative of FLEX applications including the main points of technology and the structure.(2) Described the principle of GPRS data transmission mode and the XML data storage,and combined with the actual situation of the system,focus on XML document's DOM analysis which included the application of principle and occasions.(3)Described a series of communications model between the FLEX application and the external data.(4)Described a detailed system design and implementation of modules.First of all,given the demand for system analysis and technical points,and then introduce the implementation of each module,including: real-time data display and judge,regional information and early warning and weather warning module.The main contribution of paper is the design and implementation of the road RIA-based intelligent monitoring system.For heavy snow in 2008 caused a great loss to our country,the system as national keystone projects was come up.Through the capture of temperature,humidity sensor's data which is prone to accident,transmitted via GPRS to online monitoring system which is impoldered by FLEX and JAVA and then achieved real-time monitoring of the road's status and intelligent control which avoid the occurrence of traffic accidents.
