Elevator Dynamic Intelligent Detecting System Based on the CAN_Bus uses the technology of CAN_Field_Bus in the field of elevator running quality detection and realizes the intelligent inspecting, data analysis and error alarm of elevator running states. This system includes sensors in the woking entironment, CAN nodes of data collecting, CAN communication card, master station of industrial computer and data processing center computer in the long_distance. Data collecting nodes can realize the collection of elevator running parameters all alone, not depending on the CAN network. Of course, these nodes also can communicate with industrial computer using the CAN_Bus. The CAN communication card has PCI interface and high-powered CAN_Bus communication adaptation card, it makes the computer connecting to the CAN_Bus conveniently, realizing the protocol of the CAN communication. Industrial computer can reach all the nodes with the CAN_Bus and realizing data collecting and data preliminary analysis. Industrial computer could communicate with the data processing center computer using two modes, including mobile hard disk and wireless communication network. With the data processing center computer, we can analyse the elevator parameters integrated, we also could monitor the elevator using the wireless communication in the long-distance .This paper deeply researches the following problems:(1) Adequately considering the background and significance of this item, the current situation of the elevator monitor system in the domestic and international area, providing the the necessity and possibility of this item.(2) After analyzing the performance structure of the elevator and performance of the CAN_BUS, we confirm the design scheme of this item, including sensors for the elevator, CAN_Bus data acquisition node, PCI single road intelligent interface card, master station of industrial computer and data processing center computer.(3) With modular design method, introduces hardware and software of CAN_Bus data acquisition node. The design process of the hardware and software in every parts of CAN_Bus nodes is introduced in detail.(4) We make losts of experiments on field function test of this monitor system.Various functions of the equipment have been tested. These experiments prove the system advantages such as high measuring accuracy, good real-time performance, strong anti-interference ability, high performance-price ratio,good expansibility, convenient for network production management and batch of production.
