CAN_bus is a kind of distributed real-time control system of the local area networkin serial communication, since it has characteristics of high performance, high reliabilityand good real-time performance, the CAN_bus network control device is used in manyemerging vehicle platforms in recent years. It solves the previous problems of singlearrangement and the application of centralized control. But since there is no data busrecording technology, once the failure or problems at work, it will be difficult toposition the problems quickly and accurately. This thesis fills the blank of the currentmilitary vehicle of data recording technology in control system and introduces thetechnology research work based on CAN_bus data recording.According to the requirements such as real-time, integrity and reducing based onCAN_bus of the vehicle control system, the thesis introduces the designing schemebased on the CAN_bus recording device of the vehicle. The thesis focuses on thesystem research of two aspects, emergency power and data storage. On the one hand,the study designs the emergency power scheme based on super capacitor, ensure thecurrent data of vehicle platform is accurate and completely recorded in case of suddenpower-off; on the other hand, in order to solve problems of the large amount of data andthe limited storage capacity, formulates the basic principles and methods of datafiltering according to the data characteristics of the vehicle flat wagon control system.After the comparison and analysis of the current commonly used compressionalgorithms, selects the Huffman compression algorithm and gives the improvedmethods. To improve the storage reliability, it takes the way which backup the data atthe same time in the three pieces of ferroelectric memory. Finally, the overall data of thecontrol system is simulated by CANoe and with the help of Labview platform, therecording of the research data was tested.Verification results show that under the condition of the normal power supply, datarecorder can record the CAN_bus data accurately; when system power is off, datarecorder can complete the current data records using the emergency power supply, it canprovide good basis for tracking events, replaying the scene of the accident.
