Nowadays, with the network popularizing and developing and the network device improving, most large enterprise emphasize the building of LAN in the reform of technology. How to tap the network resources efficiently and realize the distributed management of the data in the network is of the most importance in the enterprise reform.The application system based on traditional Two-tier Client/Server is accustomed to work under LAN with a small scale, a few users, the single database, the safety and the great rate. It was applied broadly at that time. However, as the application system is taken on the larger scale and the users' demand to the system property is increased little by little, Two-tier Client/Server can not satisfy the users.In the method of Three-tier Client/Server which is the most advanced method about object in the software engineer presently, this subject designs and develops the real-time monitor system of process industry The Three-tier Client/Server conquer the drawback of the Two-tier Client/Server.My subject mostly intend to accomplish designing and developing up the WatchClient. Monitor window watches these spot data from every DataClient in a flexible, various convenient and fast fashion .The data from DataClient is accepted through DataCenter ,and then is reflected with dynamic curve and dynamic flow chart at WatchClient ,and by adopting the technology of Distributed COM, a series of real-time monitoring component in process industry including ActiveX component is created to give prominence to data display .These data components are created torepresent such devices as single switch, multiple switch, hydraulic scale, pipeline liquid ,panel scale and curve graph .In terms of monitoring data at the WatchClient ,the system is divided into two different display usage :dynamic data and historical data .As for real-time data ,the system provides dynamic flow chart and dynamic curve to monitor the spot data at real time by different sides .While as to historical data ,the static curve and WEB accessing and inquiring on line are supplied .In order that the data have more flexible print function ,the system succeed in realizing dynastic report forms ,which not only inquire the newest data ,but also print real-time data to analyze production condition .Taking that the device data may be excess into account ,the system set up a set of pre-alarm and alarm measures ,which prevent accidents .And these records can be written down in detail every day .With regard to the safety of the system ,as to Three-tier Client/Server, Database is separated from the users and all data are accessed by the middleware, the system prevents the users from accessing Database directly .The purpose of the subject is that the production management department not only can know the real-time production condition in time and look over these notes , but also can study the production data ,then get the analysis to production condition and business cost-output accounting favorable to make policy more scientifically and reasonably.
