With the development of control and micorcomputer technology,intelligent instrument has been widely used in indusrtial automation,and plays a more and more important role in this area.This subject is a part of industrial key projects in Jiangsu Province.In view of the development status of the current bus-based instrument at home and abroad,based on embedded microprocessors,an bus-based multi-parameter intelligent monitoring system is designed in this paper,which integrates the functions such as detection,analysis and communication and can be used in the areas of industrial aquaculture and water-quality detection of the water environment.The multi-parameter monitoring system developed in this dissertation can continuously monitor water quality parameters such as temperature,turbidity,PH and salinity online.The real-time parameters can be transmitted to the host PC through RS-485 bus.Consequently the system achieves centralized monitor of the field environment.The system adopts upper and lower structure.The lower computer is composed by two parts,the hardware and the softerware part.C8051F040 is selected as the controller on hardware.C8051F040 not only has 12-bits 8-channel ADC0,but also collects 8-channel simulation,so the numbers of instruments used can be reduced and development costs also be saved.The hardware of lower computer includes sensor, signal transformation circuit,LCD display,PC interface circuit and so on.In addition, this instrument has the RS-485 serial communication interface.It can send its own status and field parametes to supervising host computer.Lower computer software is developed with the C51 programming language which is easy to understand.And it is composed of the data acquisition modules,display module and communication module,etc.The paper develops a managing software with VB language on the host computer.The software has friendly interface,convenient opration,complete function. It can completes displaying the real-time parameters of the lower computer,setting parameters,database operation and curve drawing.The below position operator system can alone be used as control system to meet the demand of small-scale aquaculture production,and can also be regard as a part of the intelligent control system.In addition,anti-jamming methods are introduced in the paper from the hardware and the software.This system realizes auto-collection of the multi-parameter data in aquiculture, real-time transmission and processing,whose stability has been proved during the process of testing.It has a high real-time ability and automation degree,its cost is low, so it can adapt the request of the modern inspect of envionment.This system has certain actual meanings in the industrial aquaculture and the water environment.
