Study Of Maintenance Management Information System For Power Plant Equipment Based On RCM

In this paper,the characteristics of the equipment maintaining and governing in power plant are introduced systemically.A kind of pattern based on Reliability Centered Maintenance,which accords with the equipment maintaining and governing in the modern power plant,is put forward.Based on theory of the RCM technology and exception-tree,the equipment-management programmer and the faulty category in power plant are discussed in details,and the equipment-management patterns for the enterprise are brought forward.Moreover,we detail a very popular design mode of computer information system-B/S mode.At same time,the system function mode structure is also schemed out,is composed of equipment info-management, work-order-management,maintaining-plan management,standard-management,etc. Finally,on the basis of the investigation and analysis of this system,we research and design its total solution,its database and its security,and the system was developed.
