Internet & Condition-monitoring Based Maintenance Management System

Modern asset intensive industries are facing increasingly tougher conditions. With morecomplex, technologically sophisticated plants are being developed. Information flow hasbecome the weaker point. Applying computers, modern network communicatingtechnology and advanced diagnosis & monitoring technology to plant-integratedmanagement, especially carrying out dynamic management and aided decision for thewhole life of the plant in the respects of economy and technology may bring ourenterprises great economic and social benefits. In this paper, we expatiate the research ontheory and realizing method of Plant-Integrated Management based on Internet andCondition Monitoring. In the paper, on the basis of studying theories of plant management of each period and itsdeveloping trend, we bring forward the theoretical system of plant-integrated management, and thetotal solution of plant-integrated management in enterprise, which is constructed by combining RCMwith CBM. At the same time, we also put forward the system of PMIS based on three-networkstructure, which includes Infranet, Intranet, and Internet.. We especially probe into the technology ofASP and the integrated technology of PMIS. On the basis of above study, we establish the total solution and system of PMIS, and put forwardthe developing method of PMIS system based on CBM. In this PMIS system, we use pure Webtechnology to meet the requirement of plant-integrated management constructed by combining RCMwith CBM, and we also take advantage of this technology to realize the remote management of plantbased on Intranet/Internet. The PMIS system will provide the close interface to the other subsystem ofenterprise. In the due succession, we discuss the realizing method and integration of the PMIS systemin enterprise, and resolve some key problems; we also construct the function model and informationmodel. In doing so, the total solution of PMIS in enterprise is provided. In practise,we havesuccessfully developed DaGang Power Plant JiShu JianDu Information System. Finally, we summarize the theory and realizing method of Plant-Integrated Management based onCBM and forecast the developing trend of PMIS.
