The Research And Development Of WorldFIP Multi-channel Intelligent Temperature Transmitter

WorldFIP as one of the fieldbus standards,conforms to the IEC physical layer standard.And it provides with dual-media redundancy and time-critical transmission mechanism.As the widely application of temperature measuring device in industry,this article developed a multi-channel intelligent temperature transmitter based on WorldFIP fieldbus.In order to realize the request of reliability of the industry field device,under the consideration of the adverse circumstance in industrial field,this article designed the signal-protection circuit,isolation circuit among multi-channel, and the safe connection mode between devices.And to realize the standardized target of manufactured product,this transmitter provided the standard 4～20mA current output.It defined a stranard communication protocol to upper device at the base of WorldFIP bottom protocol.And referred to FF and IEC61499,it designed the standard PID function block.In the development process,we completed the debugging work of all functions and the test work on the actual controlled object.
