Study On Control System Of The Small Earth Simulator

Earth Simulator is the main demarcating device of the swing scanning mode infrared earth senor which is the key pose measuring component located on man-made earth satellite for testing on the ground. Its main role is to simulate the earth which the satellite can see in space. The earth simulator use reflecting mirror scanning system. There is a reflecting mirror scanning system in the limited size of the front, which scan hot earth by controlling rolling axis and pitching axis.In order to control the rolling and pitching axis of the reflecting mirror this paper adopts closed-loop feedback control system abased on AT89C52 composed of the stepper motor and rotary encoder and introduced its hardware and software system design based on the comprehesion of operating principle to the earth simulator. The system achieves the system's 0.05°accuracy.
