The photoelectric shaft angle encoder is a high-resolution digital measurement sensor,which integrates light,machine and electricity,and converts the angular displacement into the corresponding digital output through photoelectric conversion technology,thereby realizing the measurement of angle and angular velocity.With the rapid development of military,aerospace,robotics and other fields,its applications have also become widespread.The photoelectric shaft angle encoder can be divided into two types: incremental photoelectric encoder and absolute photoelectric encoder according to the different marking methods of the code disc.The absolute photoelectric shaft angle encoder is equivalent to storing each angular position information on the code disc in the form of code,and each angular position corresponds to a unique digital quantity.The current angle data is output after power-on,which has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability and high reliability.The detection of the angle measurement error of the photoelectric shaft encoder is an indispensable work in the development and production of the encoder.At present,the detection process of the manual detection device is complicated,the efficiency is low,and the time-consuming is long,and it is difficult to be used for mass-produced product detection.In order to make up for the shortcomings of the existing manual detection devices,an automatic detection system for the angle measurement error of an absolute photoelectric shaft encoder was researched and designed.This system uses a highprecision photoelectric autocollimator and a metal polyhedral prism combination as the measurement reference.The STM32F103 system board is used to realize the synchronization of the photoelectric encoder and the autocollimator to collect data.The stepper motor drives the photoelectric encoder and metal.The polyhedral prism rotates coaxially and uniformly to realize the automatic detection of the angle measurement error of the photoelectric encoder.Through experiments and calculations,the accuracy of the system meets the detection requirements of an absolute photoelectric shaft encoder with a resolution of 20 bits and an accuracy of 30 arc seconds.The detection results are accurate,the detection process is simple,and the efficiency is high.
