With the development of electronic devices and manufacturing process,the control precision of the displacement table is becoming more and more stringent.The displacement station is widely used in the fields of measurement,industrial automation and so on.In practical applications,the required displacement station can run smoothly,with low noise and high positioning accuracy.What is more,it can adjust the small displacement continuously.Aiming at the problem that the open-loop control system can not meet the requirement of high-precision positioning,this dissertation designs a closed-loop feedback control system based on STM32 and shaft angle encoder.On the basis of researching control principle,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID control and fuzzy control,the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is designed and the MATLAB simulation is carried out.Then the modular design idea is used to complete the control system.Hardware circuit is designed.According to the system function of the preparation of various functional,modules of the program and completed the control interface design.Finally,the system debugging process and experimental results are described in detail.The performance of the system hardware is tested,and the precision of the grating ruler is used to analyze the repeatability of the displacement machine.The experimental results show that the design of the displacement control system is reasonable and meet the requirements of system performance.
