Thermal stress test subsystem is an important part of the reliability test equipment of the low-light-level night vision, it can evaluate the performance of night vision by the thermal test section.This paper increases the thermal stress test subsystem, based upon the analysis and study of the original equipment of reliability test of the low-light-level night vision according to the GJB2422-95; .Then it make out the structure scheme for the incidence window,exit window, and choose the heating scheme and calculate the heater power what the window needs, and make out the scheme for the windows thermal control; It make out 2D platform structure scheme which meet the thermal stress test requirement.Using ANSYS10.0 to simulate the distribution of temperature field in light stress Channel, the results show that temperature gradient relatively flat, it meet the test requirement. |
