The Research And Practice Of On-line Multimedia Illness Diagnoses System

Telemedicine is becoming a modern working mode for medical treatment. The limitation of time and space on the distribution of medical treatment resources was broken ever since. The on-line multimedia illness diagnoses system which this thesis is focused on is an application in the field of Telemedicine.This thesis introduces streaming media technology,DirectShow and the Real-time Transfer Protocol/Real-time Transfer Control Protocol simply. The coding standard and mind of MPEG-4 are set out, coding process,coding technology and Xvid encoder have been researched, common block-matching's motion estimation algorithm has been analyzed mainly, the Diamond Search's improvement has been studied more deeply. At last using Microsoft's VC++,DirectShow,SQL Server 2000 and other developing tools combined with MPEG-4 coding technology and Real-time Transfer Protocol/Real-time Transfer Control Protocol implement the on-line multimedia illness diagnoses system.
