The last process of telephone cables automatic production line is scheduled the cable line around wire carrier through cable winding agencies automatically and evenly. As a result of cable and wire diameter disk sizes diversification and cable speed traction uncertainty, the production process of debt collecting cable automatic control system has not only raised the accurate location tracking and real-time requirements of the rapid adjustment, but also require the accuracy of tension control system and to reflect the rapid nature also has set higher requirements.This article address the problem above, designed a telephone cables roll up system based on fuzzy control theory, mainly studied how to maintain the land line cable constant tension, make sure it does not affect the quality of the cable, at the same time, I do a brief design on the cable roll-up part, it is also scheduled to meet the cable quality requirements. Through analyzing the tension-control characteristics and requirements, designed a tension control system which control torque motor by IPC. Proposed sensor put forward by sensors to achieve closed-loop tension control, to ensure that the tension control to meet the various performance requirements. Selection of the various components is also thinking about the spirit to ensure the stability of the system accuracy and dynamic, increased the system's overall performance.Through the establishment of tension-control system and analysis of the various parts of the mathematical model, design parameters of adaptive fuzzy PID controller. Using MATLAB / Simulink to simulate tension- control system, and compared the traditional PID control. Experiments show that the control system has fast dynamic response, steady-state high precision which achieve the system's control requirements.
