Bond wires are the core materials for bond leads of semiconductor devices and integrated chips.With the rapid development of China’s electronics industry,the market demand for bond wires is increasing,and the research on bond wire diameter has been reduced to 8~20μm,which puts forward higher requirements for bond wire winding control.In order to improve the winding efficiency of bond lines and ensure the quality of finished products of bond lines,the tension control system of bond lines is studied in this paper.Two controllers,Fuzzy PID and adaptive inverse sliding mode,are designed for the winding system.The main research contents are as follows:1.The principle and control mode of tension control system for bond wire are studied.This paper describes the working principle of the bond wire winding.The tension control requirements of micro-wire bond line are studied.The tension control method is analyzed and the tension control strategy of double motor and swing rod is adopted.Finally,the hardware selection of the system is completed.2.The mathematical model of tension control system is established and the characteristics of the system are analyzed.The mathematical model of the system was obtained by the law of rotation,the principle of motor motion and the dynamics analysis.The characteristics of the system were analyzed and the factors that interfered with the tension control accuracy were studied.The interference of the system was reduced from the Angle of the interference factors themselves and mechanical installation,and the design of the tension control system was improved.3.Two tension controllers,Fuzzy PID and adaptive backstepping sliding mode,are proposed.Based on the Fuzzy PID winding tension controller,an error threshold was determined from the actual training data,the optimal parameters were adjusted by comparing the feedback data with the threshold value,and the compound control of PID and Fuzzy PID was completed.Based on the adaptive inverse sliding mode winding tension controller,the system was decomposed into two subsystems: the tension control side and the tension control side.A virtual control quantity was defined,and the adaptive parameter online estimation algorithm was used to ensure the robustness of the system and realize the stability control of the winding system by Lyapunov stability principle.4.The tension control test was carried out on the winding test platform built by ourselves,and the feasibility of the two control algorithms was verified.According to the experiments,the two control algorithms can meet the requirements of the tension control of bond wire winding.When the winding speed is set as 1200 r/min,the swing Angle range of the pendulum rod is about ±8° at most when the system is started under Fuzzy PID control,and it is controlled within ±4°after stabilization.The overall control of swing Angle is ±2° under adaptive backstepping sliding mode control.The winding of the two control methods can ensure the characteristics of the line itself and improve the production efficiency,and the performance of adaptive backstepping sliding mode control is better than that of Fuzzy PID,which is worth further study.There are 56 figures,8 tables and 73 references.
