Aimed at features and difficulties with the measuring of the micropore inside of cylinder i.e. complicated cylinder part in the industry presently, this paper has presented a research of photoelectric non-contact measuring system for the micropore inside of cylinder on the basis of CCD endoscopy optical imaging technology, pattern displacement sensor, precision machinery technique, computer real-time control and data processing technology. This system has realized the non-contact measurement including size-position, edge chamfer of compensating hole and the inner surface machining quality of cylinder hole. Compared with traditional measuring apparatus, this measuring apparatus has characteristics with simple operating, fine accuracy, high automated level and etc.This paper has described the basic function and qualification of the measuring system firstly, given an introduction of gross structure, measuring principle and method, put its emphasis on the dissertation of working principle of main composing parts, such as endoscopic-micro optical system, CCD pick up camera ,precision machinery system and stepper motor control system,and focus on the design of the single-chip stepper motor control system and stepper motor applications. At the end, we have analyzed the main error and the influence on measuring accuracy as well as giving a conclusion of error analysis.Experimental results has indicated, working performance of the system is stable and reliable, the measurement of the aperture has met the requirements of the accuracy0.03% FS, the resolution 0.005mm and repeatability 0.01mm.
