With the development of wireless communications and the application of the radar technology, the desire for oscillators in electron systems is higher and higher. Seeking the technique about bring signal with more highly pure spectrum, frequency stability and the lower phase noise has became the tendency to solve the problem. On this background, the subject is to research the theory of designing the low phase-noise microwave oscillator based on sampling locked-phase PLL-DRO, and to realize a particular design linking project practice.The microwave oscillator based on sampling locked-phase can realize the low phase noise for the improving technology of sampling locked-phase,specially the key to create narrow pulse is tend to mature for the of component level. Others, thanks to dielectric resonator oscillators(DRO) have excellent phase noise, pure spectrum and frequency stability,it is applied widely in microwave oscillators.However, at present the DRO design is depending on practice experience,and DRO's temperature stability, spectrum purity and frequency stability isn't excellent,the performance of DRO still requires to improve in applications. Because further DRO design theory is lacking, the performance can't improve a few in existence foundation,the technologic breakthrough is difficult. None but to combine others technology,the performance can improve. Combining sampling locked-phase and DRO just about this design consideration.The first,the subject particular analyzes the theory and each ciircuit configuration of DRO.Then, it talk over the theory of the sampling locked-phase circuit.And in follow,it particular talk over the design, simulation and hardware realization of the DRO,the design and debug of the sampling locked-phase loop.In the end,it analuzes the result of testing,and bring forward to improve opposite shortages.Now it is easy to design a PLL-DRO by computer aided design softwares. It is to validate the rationality and feasibility of a circuit , to analyze and to optimize the ciucuit in this software until the circuit is realized.But it has some shortage, specially in the model, the simulation microwave circuit cann't accord with the practice circuit. It makes the practice circuit difference to the simulation,even entirelty opposition sometimes.No other than to build better simulation model and to link actual circuit design experience, it can improve the design. It is the design aspect in the work.
