With the global progressing in science and technology, heightening continuously the level of information technology involving the broadcast and television, according to the development trend of digital and network, the simulation of the broadcast and television can not meet with the needs of the people. Therefore, all the countries in the world puts forward their own digitalization schedule of broadcast and TV, according to the national development level of economy and technology, step by step, closing planned signal transmission of simulative broadcasting and TV signals, finally achieves the digitalization of gathering, editing, broadcast, transmit and receive.From the exclusive monopoly to facing competition, the Community Antenna Digital Television Network is suffering both internal and external threats. How to bring into full play the advantages of the Community Antenna Digital Television Network ,turn the disadvantages, seize the opportunity and avoid menace, it is necessary to solve the problems that turn from the traditional business platform to the new value-added service platform, deal positively with the competition coming from inside or outside industry.Using the strategic management theories, the thesis is trying to analyze cable the business competition strategy of the Community Antenna Digital Television Network Company, the intention for author is to hope that could understand profoundly the effect onto the business development from the internal and external environment or conditions of company's business competition , through the study on business competition strategy about the Gansu Broadcast and Television Network Company, using mature theory to find a feasible strategy, provide the reference of the company's business development and strategic decision .This innovation in theory of competitive strategy, strategic, cost lead differentiation strategy and centralization strategy in the new technology conditions of mixed use to find a special industry. Cable digital TV network radial type business, high efficiency, low cost, it is hard to enter, cross-industry competitors will naturally choose cost-first strategy, But the face of the direct broadcast satellite, advantage lies only in competition policy of user receives satellite signal limit, so is the inevitable choice of differentiation, which has formed a pair of contradictory. But the number of cable TV network two-way after this contradiction was resolved from technology. With a net, in two or more different types of business together, mutually influence, complement each other. This research results for the cable TV network will be replaced by the Internet provides disproving the judgment, and from the Angle of management strategy for next-generation broadcast networks (NGB) design (radial type, interactive and storage type) and scientific evidence of operation can be provided, further to "three nets amalgamation "of radio and television networks, the irreplaceable provides support.
