With the development of mobile Internet technology,the Internet,radio and television networks,telecommunications networks,the speed of "triple play" gradually accelerated,the competition between operators is increasingly,radio and television industry is faced with opportunities as well as challenge.Under the background of the information age,the user needs more.How to provide users with better products and services becomes the focus of business competition.Based on the theory of marketing,this paper analyzes the problems related to the marketing of A-broadcasting network company in accordance with the idea of "proposing-analyzing-resolving".First of all,the marketing theory,cable digital TV business concept are described,and the development status of radio and television network industry is.analyzed.Second,products,prices,channels and promotional strategies of A company are discussed.And SWOT model is used to analyze environment of A Company.Furthermore,through the "A company's service quality record table",this paper finds some problems of A company in the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion,quality of service,tangible display and process control.Finally,according to the problems existing in the actual marketing of A Company,both the improvement of marketing strategy and specific safeguard measures are proposed.This paper provides a real case for the study of marketing theory,which enriches the connotation of the marketing theory system and has certain theoretical research value.Taking A company as an example,the marketing situation and problems are analyzed,and the improved marketing strategy and safeguard measures are proposed,which has certain practical guiding value.This paper expects that the conclusions are beneficial for both A company and the other similar companies.
