There are nearby hundred of robot experiment school in our country after robot education was introduced in Jingshan school in 2000. Ministry of Education issued The General High School Technology Curriculum Standard in April, 2003, which states that "Making Unsophisticated robot" module is included in "General technology" subject for the first time. With robot development in school, robot teacher is focused. Robot teacher special qualities will affect robot educational development. For robot education is still in its primary stage, robot teachers' level is no higher. The high quality's teacher is the key of robot education. The teacher Training is an effective way for robot teachers' development. For making robot teacher training better effect, this essay studies the training mode of primary and middle school robot teacher. This essay is divided into five parts:Part one introduces the background, aims and meaning, way and its relative concepts of the research.Part two studies the present condition of robot education and robot teachers' training in the native country and foreign country and analyses the problems in robot teachers' training in our country at present.Part three analyzes the basic theories, constituent elements, structure and features of the training mode of primary and middle school robot teacher.Part four explains the process of the implementation of the training mode of primary and middle school robot teacher and evaluates the effect of the implementation by evaluating questionnaires, interviews and observation.Part five gives some conclusions, reflections and suggestions.
