The paper developed a device of the intelligent shock wave test system in the explosionoverpressure field based on existing storage test technology and shock wave propagation andtesting theory, field developed a comprehensive high-performance, time base unified and fastdata reproduction, etc. The signals in explosion field could be measured and uploadedthrough the wireless/optical fiber communication unit to PC in real time，or for storagethrough USB. Through live-fire test measured，we complete a variety of ammunitionexplosion time，the pressure field, temperature field and the vibration acceleration tests.
