Networked Control Systems is a kind of distributed real time feedback control system which is connected with the sensors,actuators and controllers distributed in different geographical locations through the network.The Industrial Ethernet control system based on Switched Ethernet technology,as a kind of networked control system,is widely used in the field of manufacturing now.However,there are still many problems caused by the import of the network.In this thesis,according to the data transmission and control performance optimization of Industrial Ethernet control system,the following research is carried out from the angle of scheduling.Firstly,this thesis proposed a schedule optimization method which control loop use variable sampling period according to the absolute value of the difference between the set and measured values compared with static scheduling table.A Industrial Ethernet control system simulation platform was built by using TureTime2.0 toolbox to perform simulation research and make a comparison with fixed sampling period method.The simulation results showed that the scheduling method can optimize the data transmission of the system and improve the control performance of the system,especially in the case of system packet loss.Secondly,aiming at the single controller and multi-loop Industrial Ethernet control system,the sensor active retreat from conflict sampling time point scheduling optimization method was presented in the thesis.We used the TrueTime2.0 toolbox to build a single controller and multi-loop Industrial Ethernet control system simulation platform for simulation research,and we compared it with the system without this method.The simulation results showed that the scheduling method can improve the control performance of the system.Lastly,considering the selfishness of control loops in Industrial Ethernet control system and introduction of the non-cooperative game theory,this thesis proposed a scheduling optimization method which control loop select sampling period based on strategic form representation of non-cooperative game.Furthermore,the Pareto Improvement method was used to do the optimization.A Industrial Ethernet control system simulation platform based on non-cooperative game was built by TureTime2.0 toolbox to perform simulation research,the simulation results prove the effectiveness of method presented in this thesis.
