Study On The Relations Between Public Events And Public Feelings On Internet

Internet has truly epoch-making significance for the modern society. It is not only because network is usd as the "news centers" nature of the media, but also because it has great bearing function of public opinion.As the free market of viewpoint, distribution center for the people's livelihood, Internet gives odinary people the first chance to express themselves freely and bring people's opinion unprecedented release. But this will make the expression of public opinion,the supervision of public opinion step into a new stage. In recent years, a powerful network of influential public opinion from events such as the Sun Zhigang Event, Chongqing Nail Incident Households, Carrefour Incident and the South China Events, and other news events have been demonstrated unprecedented. In these cases, public feelings on Internet has led to the evolution of hot spots in public opinion or social events, or makes a forum post continually develop and eventually led to Internet public feeling's affairs. The enormous pressure of public opinion makes relevant departments, agencies and even famous persons cannot neglect.This paper carefully studies the relations between the public feelings on Internet and public events as well as its connotations and demonstrates that public feelings on Internet has become a key factor which affects the development and evolution of public events. Based on the relationship between the public events and public opinion, this paper put forward that Internet public feeling's affairs has become a major public crisis and elaborates the increasing effect the network event takes on the order of the political life and social stability as well as the corresponding strategy of emergency management .
