With the establishment of Chinese railway transport management information system (TMIS) and Dispatch Management Information System (DMIS), the information network contacting the Ministry of Railways, Railway Bureau and station has been formed. The existing management system of station information has contained the function including car management, freight management and statistical analysis. The current vehicle management has basically realized the program management operations. Station dispatch system receives the day shift scheduling/stage plan from the Railway Bureau and disassembles the plan into the station, as well as the status of resources work plan to achieve the implementation of the various positions. The results will be return to the station dispatch system; the normative work of the station operations, compressed in the stopping time, reducing the labor intensity has been welcomed by the transport sector.However, the cargo management system for only the actual freight information management shows the handling of the actual work, but there is no plan to achieve, that is to say, there is no preview for some time and the preparation of future plans within the loading and unloading. Therefore, the purpose of this subject is to study the plan to achieve the establishment of the freight station, disassemble the loading and unloading scheduling scheme and decomposes the existing resources on the freight yard, loading and unloading mission, as well as analyses pre-information for the future cargo work arrangements. In that way we can distribute the scarce resources effectively, and we can also be able to make all positions understand the order and work orderly.In this paper, I discuss the project in accordance with the software development process. First of all, I illustrate the background of the project and analyze the application development of modish Web technology. Meanwhile, I introduce the technology used in the project. Second, I give my overall system solution after the detailed analyze the needs of the project. Third, I illustrate system design and realization; introduce how to embody in the system architecture and J2EE framework for the application of technology. After that is the description of testing and deployment. Finally, I look to the future development of railway's information system and give my opinions.
