Design & Implementation Of A Oa Net Information System Of Airport Freight Department

As a field department, airport freight department is a tedious and complicated transactional work. The introduction of its network information system will effectively improve the processing efficiency of its office affairs and save the effective cost.Firstly, based on an investigation and analysis of the daily work in the airport ground services freight department, the office affairs related was summarized as receipt management, issued a document management, consult and report management, training information management, human resources and document management, assessment results management and equipment borrowing management. This thesis arranged and analyzed all the matters that relating to specific format data and table data, and determined the basic data required for appropriate management.Secondly, This thesis was analyzed from the perspective of the function module, possible sub-modules and management processes, and designed the corresponding algorithm flow of a part of the actual process execution, based on architecture elements of the information system. It combined the system functions and the data objects required from algorithms process, and designed a E-R diagram of the part entity.Considered the actual requirements of the operating system, we built a database contains 20 data tables, and illustrated the relationship view among the tables.Finally, this thesis integrated the system functions into six major modules including system settings, document management, process management, personal services, receipt management, equipment management, and gave the operating results and the functional design of each module.Judged by results, the system has basically reached the preset target, and it can effectively support the needs of office affairs of airport freight department.
