There are certain difficulties in getting consistent profits from natural sources, such as raw materials, equipment (first profit source) and labor force(second profit source) currently, and a new profit growth point is locked in circulation of goods, which is regarded as the third profit source. So how to develop the maximum potential of the logistics system becomes a hot topic now. Confronting the circumstance of building a new modern enterprise logistics system, undoubtedly it requires planning for the entire system. To fully tap the potential of the entire system and shorten the development cycle of the system, it is necessary to make a simulation analysis on the entire system. Faced with more and more modern enterprise logistics system, the author studies a few small modules to operate several valuable work for building and system simulation module combination.In this paper, the author utilizes simulation software AutoMod to make analysis and research on special rail transport system, including a total of four modules, which are AGV slow charge system, AGV fast charge system, single-rail dual vehicles system and single-rail dual-stack rail system. Analyze the four modules of scheduling strategy, and to achieve rapid modeling from AutoMod Simulation. The main contents are:First, it reviews the domestic and international scholar status on rail transport system as well as the research and application on logistics simulation systems, from which to reveal some special cases studies of rail transport system is relatively deep, but in terms of simulation, only few studies of how to achieve universality of each module nature, so the article focusing on the four common modules setting about achieving module’s universality.Then the author analyzes the unique characteristics between AGV slow charge system and AGV fast charge system, and studies these two system scheduling strategy without considering the impact of the crashing and builds the mathematical model. Since the simulation process, the simulation software that comes with the limitations of language, the corresponding algorithm design, and embedded scheduler language into emulation software which established a universal module for both systems.The author of the paper also analyzes single-rail dual vehicle system and single-rail dual-stack rail system particularity, in consideration of avoidance of circumstances, these two scheduling systems were studied. Since the situation in the scheduling process is relatively complicated, it builds mathematical models on different situations and designs the corresponding algorithm and embedded scheduler language into emulation software which established a universal module for both systems.At last, on the basis of the above, the author built four common modules, analyzed the operation system processes on a cigarette factory accessory materials, utilizing AutoMod simulation software to build simulation model for accessory materials, and built the system simulation via the successful application simplified interfaces with above built four modules, and exported the the simulation results successfully.For the greater application of modern logistics system, it needs to be closer to the actual demand of the logistics system simulation to provide guidance for the construction of the logistics system. Amid the current situation, how to achieve both simulation AGV collision avoidance system in the car, also to achieve real-time scheduling car still need further researches.
