Rail Traffic Engineering Safety Management System Design And Implementation

And the data source of safety management system is from the the eight major Aspects of the safety results of safety inspections of each cycle. After collating the data, we use model to analyse them, which will be helpful for leaders to make decision or give some suggestion.This paper mainly studies how to use computer to manage and control the security issues of rail transit construction projects which arise in day-to-day management, thereby enhancing the management level of the rail transit project construction, promoting the standardization of management, reducing unnecessary losses, and laying a good foundation for the future of the same area or some related industries. After the analysis of existing safety management system, we design and develop the Rail Traffic Engineering Safety Management System which is based on the Beijing subway line 6 construction .It is a certain degree of practicality and innovation.The design and development of the Rail Traffic Engineering Safety Management System had been detailly discussed and rearched, through field research and conclusion, I design the inspection items of the Rail Traffic Engineering Safety Management System, including the 8 major Aspects and details of each Aspect specific criteria and qualified for the examination of data, and then design the subsystem of the Rail Traffic Engineering Safety Management System.Paper first, discusses the engineering characteristics of the safety management system, the background and the main points,then discusses the life cycle, prototyping, object-oriented software development methods, because the system is developed using the prototype method, and it is discussed datailly, including the background and characteristics. Meanwhile, the platform, the tools and technology of developing of the system, are properly introduced. And then the design program of the Rail Traffic Engineering Safety Management System is given, including system the login module, the basic information about traffic engineering module, the management of day-to-day safety inspection data module, orbital traffic engineering data management module, the leadership of the decision-making module, database management and backup module, Additional features module.Finally, summarize the whole progress of development of the system and give outlook of it, at the same time, propose the further study and some parts that need to be improved.
