| The rail transit construction has the features of large-scale investment,long cycle,more projects,complex technology,more unforeseen risky factors and great impact on the social environment.Therefore,the rail transit construction is a high-risk project.In recent years,accidents have been taking place frequently.The situation of safe production is grim and worrying.The main objective reasons are that the scale of construction is large,the development is rapid,and it is difficult to fully guarantee the technical and managerial.The main subjective reasons are that the understanding of the risk is not objective,that the method of risky management is not scientific,and that the investment of management is not enough.Modern risk management which relies on the risk control system of rail transit construction is based on the classification of risk project,the management of monitoring,and the work of the construction companies.The system uses the technology of the modern network,the database,GIS and the others technical means.The design idea and process of network system are put forward.We are researching and developing of safety risk monitoring management information system for rail transit construction.By management of monitoring,the national and local technical specification,and the monitoring plan,the system timely and accurately collect,process,analyze,and upload monitoring data.The system enhances the scientificity and accuracy of the safety risk management.All participants dispose risk in the system.The system standardizes the disposal procedure,forecasts the safety states,precautions the accident,disposes the risk,and ensures the construction.Users access the system with web mode.The system based on VS2010 and SQL Server 2012 uses ASP.NET framework.The system uses OOP to analyze the requirements,research and implement them.The participants can know the status of construction at all times and places.The system can ensure operation of the system and reduce the risk at a maximum level. |
