A Design And Implementation Of The Platform For Communicational Construction,supervision And Management Of Some Province

The modern society has entered an era of rapid development of information technology.The whole industry pursuits information reform and so does the management of telecommunications constructing.Unluckily,the existing systems are imperfect with sharing no data in the procedures and it needs a large amount of submissions.In order to handle these severe problems,we propose and design this system of the construction and supervision of telecommunication facilities.The usage of B/S structure and MS SQL Server brings it a good flexibility and a high transportability.The system has management of telecommunication corporations,telecommunication projects,safety inspection,fiber to the house,etc.The principle communication authority and the corporation would learn about each procedure of projects because of the integration data.It could improve the working effectiveness and lower the cost at the same time.The author plays a key role in requirements specification,system implementation and testing.In the process of requirements analyzing,I focus on describing and analyzing the function and operations in detail,designing and refining the database tables according to the database theory.In the procedure of implementation,I take the responsibility of implementing all submodules of C# Server and HTML front-end and their interaction of management of office of the communications development and provincial telecommunications administration.In the process of testing,I mainly design the testing cases and then check the result after executing them.
