With the rapid development of computer network technology as well as the expansion of its application field, network devices remote management technology as already been realized. Recently, home network management is still fulfilled manually which has influenced the home network management, wasted lots of resource and incerased the cost of Internet Service Providers (ISP). Further more, the characteristic of home network management is: disperse distribution, enormous quantity, diferent standards, over-occupation of IP address resources, kinds of operations, high security which has increased the complexity of Network Management.The complexity of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and the diversity of services have many requirements for terminal device management. TR069 is a CPE Wide Area Network (WAN) management protocol defined by the DSL Forum. It uses the Hypertext Transfer Protocol for architecture design and makes full use of the mature Web technologies for reference. Therefore, it enables simple fulfillment and good scalability. Deployment of TR069 based network management system may simplify network configuration and management at the user end. This improves usability and manageability of CPE, and accordingly enables fast deployment of home network devices and prompt service development.The author designs the network devices management system Based on TR069 agreement, which is an active and centralized network management system. The system is deployed on the platform provided by the ISPs and can be used on the Intenret. By using the network system, the administrator can manage the network.The system has good portability that it can deploy on the platform of Windows and Linux. The design of system server module and system communication module is the main part of this paper. TR069 adapter and Auto-configuration Server (ACS) node in system communication module are new conceptions which can support the extension.
