Design Of Wide Band T/R Module

T/R module is the significant part of the AESA. This paper provides a scheme of a wide-band T/R module base on the requirement of the airborne radar. The T/R module implement switch between transmitter and receiver, low noise amplify in receiver, power drive and amplify in transmitter, and phase shifting and amplitude attenuation. To the power supply and logic circuits, apply some technique such as manostat, power-on sequence control and switch signal nesting, to ensure circuits stabilization, and play down the power dissipation of the module. During the course of design, we base our design on own existing technique material and equipment, at the same time we reference international advanced technology and its trend.The goal of this project is design and manufactures a sample parts, getting experience for design and production of the practicable T/R module in the future.
