The oven is one of the important equipment for the paint shop, and also one of the main energy-consuming equipment. The oven can be divided again for Elpo ( increased body sheet adhesion and rust-proof ) oven, Primer ( in the primer coating and finish coating intermediate coating intermediate coating, in order to improve the adhesion of the coating and coating durability)oven, Topcoat( increased body appearance and durability) oven, no matter what kind of oven, its task is heating body paint film and cured, making the paint film meet the process requirements.A Motor Company as a mini-car production base, limited by the local economic development, gas supply pipeline transportation have not been able to achieve, but from all over the country to buy gas, by car or ship transport back to the Liuzhou gas station, then through a simple air mixing ratio for calorific value control equipment supplied to the workshop, the workshop production is influenced by the gas heat value and fluctuations in gas composition, how to design an advanced gas control system to secure gas to adapt to these fluctuations; The other side is that to meet the heating quality and output how to minimize fuel consumption and to avoid insufficient or excessive body baking .The key points are the control functions such as temperature dynamic real-time control ,and the interlock with convey system.This paper combined with the automobile company new production line oven project, the oven is used CoMenCo dispersion type gas heater. And this paper focuses on the development of the oven control system based on DeviceNet field bus, ControlLogix controller for Rockwell Automation company and Intouch software of Wonderware company constitute a gas oven control system development (the primer oven for cases).
