Abstract/Summary:
Chimney is a special structure.It is accessorial building in the metallurgical,chemical, electric power enterprises and in the heating boilers in the city enterprises.There are many differences between chimney structure and general structures.For example,Temperature and the additional bending moment should be taken in the analysis of internal forces.The workload is very large,the traditional design method is time-consuming,cumbersome and inefficient.With the computer technology application in industry design,chimney computer-aided design has been carried out.By investigating domestic assistant designing software on chimney,it is found that monocular concrete chimney CAD software is developed as the main target.With the improvement of the environmental protection requirements,desulfurization or desulfurization conditions should be taken into account in the current new power plant.Cauterization will be aggravated after desulfurization.For the sake of anti-corrosion,Tube-in-tube chimney and multibarrel chimney has been widely used in power plants for their inside tube is separated from outside structure in the chimney.Brick chimney sleeve over platform because of its investment is much lower chimney,which has been the preferred by power plant owners.So Development of Tube-in-tube Chimney CAD system has important practical significance and value of engineering applications.A new method which is used in developing Tube-in-tube chimney CAD system is introduced in this paper.ObjectARX is combined with APDL.Visual C++ 6.0 and OOP technology are made use of.Using ObjectARX accomplishes calculation according to The Code of Chimney Design and engineering drawing in AutoCAD,while APDL code is produced.By the characteristic of APDL code to achieve the whole automation design from pre-processing to structure analysis and post-processing in Ansys.The work is completed In this paper as follows:1,Establish the parameterized Tube-in-tube chimney computing model,and the realization of the model in real-time preview dialog box(two-dimensional model and three-dimensional solid model),so that the designer could operate and control the model.2,Using object-oriented technology,according to The Code of Chimney Design.Classes are encapsulated with the main calculate process(gravitation,wind loading,seismic loading, temperature loading,the additional bending moment,etc.) and interrelated data.The data are packaged as the member variable.The main calculate processes are packaged as virtual fuction. Different formal chimney could use different Classes which are derived from basic Class.The facility of the future development and the security of data is improved.3,Through the operation of papers to achieve.txt format calculate book.On the basis of understanding the logistic structure,using the Word macro recorder to record menu and keyboard operation(using VBA program),to achieve the function of operating Word by VC.That is the fuction of automatism producing of the calculate book.4,Using the method of accession entity into table record in AutoCAD data-base to produce engineering drawing.First,Engineering drawing is divided and parameterized.Second,Drawing blocks are combined by the block technology in AutoCAD.Finally,The engineering drawing is dynamically produced.5,According to the result of modal size,load,etc in calculate module,and considering the technology in the process of analyse in AYSYS(pre-processing,calculate, post-processing),APDL code calligraphy criterion,remark and so on,APDL code is dynamically produced.
