With the gradually drastic competition in the international market, continuously developing the new product to quickly respond to the market has become the core of market competition in the manufacturing industry. How to use less cost and how to product the product whose quantity is higher at short time has become the important term of the business enterprise to exist and develop. The combination of modem information technique and manufacturing industry, remarkably promote the product's technical content, possibly reduce to produce physics machine, and decrease the cost of text. It has become extensive common ground of machine and electric industry in china. Under this kind of background, the urgency of research and application of the CAE technique become a new hot point after the CAD, CAM technique. Developing this kind of research has the important theories meaning and expansive applied foreground.Based on FEA analysis software-ANSYS, this text discussed the application of the command fluid and ANSYS Parametric Design Language to solve, and some foundational problems with commonness in analysis, for example, parametric modeling, setting material property, carving up mesh, importing boundary condition and physics property, and post disposal of the result and so on; and apply this to the actual problems in weld, quenching and static linear analysis. Making use of the ANSYS high-class analysis technique, for example, the "life" and "death" of element, the " *GET. *DEM, if-then-else, do "sentences in ANSYS Parametric Design Language, can resolve some concrete problems of number simulation in material process.Using ANSYS command fluid and ANSYS Parametric Design Language to tow times development in concrete problem is the advanced form in using ANSYS. Its advantage consist in researcher can adequately use the knowledge in material and computational dynamics etc. that he has already learn. He can program according to his own way of thinking, and then hand over mat procedure to be carried out byANSYS in order to obtain the simulative result aimed to concrete problems. Like this, in the process of researching the same type problems on some day, he only need change parameter. Therefore, proceeding foundational research on apply ANSYS command fluid and ANSYS Parametric Design Language to resolve some problem in prep and post disposal of ANSYS is very important .It has the leading meaning to better use ANSYS software to analysis and resolve actual problem of engineering, and to carry through high class technique development.
